To reset your account password you need to reset the password for your Facebook ID or Gmail ID which was used for creating a user account on BigCash. If you have created a user ID and password for login then please follow the below steps to reset your password:

Open BigCash App > Click on forgot password on the login page > Provide your registered email ID or mobile number for OTP > Provide the OTP sent on registered email ID or Mobile Number > Enter new password > Confirm new Password.

Yes, you can update your email address and Mobile Number on the BigCash app.

Yes, you can. To change your profile picture please update the profile picture on your Facebook and Gmail accounts.

Every withdrawal/ redeem on our platform involves the transfer of money from your BigCash wallet to your bank/wallet account 
so, legally KYC becomes a mandatory requirement as proof of identity for hassle-free transfer.

If you are required to complete your KYC,
Step 1: Go to redeem page.
Step 2: Click on the KYC banner
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page. Please fill in the required details and upload your PAN card. 
Step 4: Verification of PAN card Can take a maximum of up to 24 hours.

Note: Make sure to add a unique and clear picture of your pan card which has not been added to a another BigCash account. 

No, You cannot change your PAN card once your bank details and PAN card both get verified.

After updating your KYC, you can withdraw/ redeem up to Rs. 50,000 in a single day as per your VIP level.

• Bank Account: Yes, You can delete it at any time and add a new one.
• UPI ID: Yes, you can also change your UPI ID on the redeem page while redeeming.
• NOTE: Bank account and UPI ID can be associated only with one account and the name should match with the PAN card holder's name.

Yes, you can log in on two or more devices with the same account, however, the game can be played on 1 device only and the ID will be logged out from another device.

Users are allowed to have only one account on the BigCash platform.

No, only people who are above 18 years of age with a sound mind are allowed to play on the BigCash app.

The age-related criteria are to determine the eligibility of a new player. You will be eligible to join and can sign up only if you are above 18 years of age.

To delete your BigCash account, please reach out to us through chat. We will then delete your account from our system.

The team will verify and will take up to 120 days to delete the account after the request is raised. If you log in within 120 days after raising the delete request, the delete request will be cancelled.

If you have signed up on BigCash via Facebook and choose to delete your BigCash account, any data shared with BigCash on your behalf from Facebook will also be deleted, if you request the same on the BigCash chat inbox.
 

BigCash user wallets are divided into 3 parts:  

a) Unutilized Wallet: This wallet reflects the amount deposited in your wallet by you for participating in the games. This wallet is designed for you to enable participation in the games and therefore cannot be withdrawn. 

b) Bonus Wallet: The bonus amount is credited to this wallet. This wallet is designed for you to enable participation in the games and therefore cannot be withdrawn. 

c) Winning Wallet: The wallet reflects the amount won by the user by participating in cash games and the amount in this wallet can be withdrawn.
 

Yes, the winning amount is immediately credited to your wallet. In case of a technical glitch, it may take up to 24 hours for the money to reflect in your wallet.

Usually, the deposit amount gets transferred to your wallet instantly after the deposit. In some cases, due to some technical issues, it may take up to 24 hours for the money to reflect in your wallet. If the transaction has failed, the money is reversed to the source. However, if the balance is deducted and does not reflect in the wallet for more than 24 hours then it will be reversed back to the source account within 5-7 working days. 

Viewing your transactions is very simple:

• Go to the menu by pressing the button present at the left top corner of the home screen of the BigCash app.
• Now go into transactions.
• Now you can see all your transaction history. 

Usually, the bonus amount gets reflected instantly in the Bonus wallet if you have fulfilled the criteria for getting the bonus. But at times due to technical glitches, it takes a maximum of 24 hours to reflect the bonus amount to your BigCash wallet

• It is a monthly contest where you can earn some bonus by referring the BigCash app to your friends or family and when they join and make their first transaction, they will also get the refer & earn bonus reward. Also, if they add cash, the referrer gets a cash benefit for that.
• By referring someone a user automatically becomes part of the monthly referral contest where some points are given according to the number of referrals and a cash prize is also given to the winners. (For more detailed information on this go to the refer and earn page in the app).

You can participate in the contest by referring to the maximum number of people. They should register through your link, verify their mobile number, and add a minimum of Rs 100, then only you will get the benefit of it. Also, the process should be genuine and if unfair means are used for this then the ID will be blocked automatically.

The Terms and conditions for referring and earning are as follows:

• The referrer must have joined using your personalized link.
• You will get a referral bonus when the user registers with his/her real Facebook account (with his/her device) on the App, and verifies their mobile number. You will get the referral amount whenever a user adds cash based on the current promotion.
• The referrer will get money only if the referral is logged in from their device.
• In case of multiple accounts with the same devices, the referrer, and referral both will be blocked & no bonus amount will be given to them.
• Referral must have made a deposit under the cashback offer. 

Note: Users would be blocked if they try any tricks or hacks in referrals.

If you directly download the BigCash app from someone’s referral link, the app will automatically detect the referral code of the referrer. So, you don’t need to enter it manually.

Yes, you can redeem your referral bonus to your Bank account or UPI.
The referral bonus is directly credited to your winning wallet and once your mobile number is verified you can follow the following steps to redeem/withdraw the referral bonus:

1.    Go to the redeem section.
2.    Choose an option to redeem (Bank account/UPI).
3.    Enter the amount.
4.    And tap on the Redeem button.
5.    Redeem successfully.

• VIP Plus & Pro users can redeem twice & thrice in a day respectively.

We process all redemption requests in real time. Your money gets credited to your bank account instantly in most cases. 

You can redeem your winning amount to your bank account by providing a UPI ID or bank account details.

• Sometimes it might take up to 5-7 business days for a UPI transaction to be reflected in your bank account. 
• Do not worry, if the transaction fails at any point the money will be deposited back into your BigCash winning wallet within 7 working days.

Follow the written steps to check your redemption history:
1.    Go to the BigCash menu
2.    Tap on the transaction
3.    You will then be redirected to the transaction page which has details of all of your transactions.
4.    Click on “redeem”, and then the popup will open having all the details of redemption.

From 1st April’23, the Income tax department has introduced a new TDS section for winnings from online games i.e., 194BA. The new winnings are calculated at the time when a user places a request for withdrawal (at the year-end on the closing balance) and TDS is calculated @ 30% on the net winnings comprised in withdrawal/closing balance at year-end.

Important Points:

• The TDS will be deducted at the time of withdrawal.
• The TDS will be applicable only on net winnings comprised of withdrawals and not deposits.
• Your deposit and withdrawal ledger will become zero at 00:00 hours on the 1st of April of every financial year.
• Net Winnings + [Total withdrawals in FY – (Total Deposits in FY + Net winnings which have suffered TDS during the FY +Opening Balances)]

The TDS will be deducted at the time of redemption and the year's end.

The financial year is 1st April – 31st March.
30% TDS will be applicable if the net winnings of a player is positive (greater than zero).
Your deposit and withdrawal ledger will become zero at 00:00 hours on the 1st of April of every financial year.
Your net winnings are calculated based on;

Net winnings = [Total withdrawals in FY – (Total deposits in FY + Net winnings which have already suffered TDS during the FY + Opening balances as of 1st April 00:00)]

If your net earnings at the time of making a withdrawal is positive, 30% TDS will be applicable on any amount being withdrawn.

BigCash deducts TDS and deposits the same with the Government. If you have provided your correct PAN to BigCash, You can view your TDS deduction details in your 26AS(which is updated after every quarter)

TDS Refund is a BigCash initiative to refund your TDS When you withdraw. Refund will get credited to your BigCash Bonus wallet, after completion of a successful withdrawal. Refunds will not be provided for failed/pending withdrawals.

At the end of the financial year 23:59 hours on 31st March, your final TDS will be calculated depending on the financial year profit loss ledger.

Any excess TDS deducted by BigCash (due to a withdrawal request placed during the year) can be claimed back once you file your ITR by calculating the correct Net winnings during the year.

A TDS refund will be added to your Bonus wallet. You can see the refund credit in your transaction history section.

At the end of the financial year 23:59 hrs on 31st March, your final TDS will be calculated depending on the financial year's net winnings. Further, since the winnings earned from online gaming are chargeable to tax @30%. Users need to file their ITR and the total TDS deducted can be adjusted against the winnings liable for tax. If any excess TDS is deducted, the same can be claimed back while filing an ITR.

There is no threshold limit available u/s 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961. TDS is applicable whenever a withdrawal request is placed and Net winnings are positive.

Yes, BigCash provides a TDS certificate quarterly to their users whose TDS has been deducted.

TDS certificate can be checked on the BigCash application on the transaction page. Follow the below steps to check the TDS certificate:

Open BigCash Application>Click on the left side hamburger menu (Three lines)>Click on transaction> Click on TDS.

TDS certificate can be obtained on a quarterly basis, see the below details to know when the certificate will be uploaded:

Note -     
1)  TDS certificate available within 15 days after they file their quarterly TDS returns.
2) The TDS return filing date may be extended as per government guidelines.
